Fishing Reports- July 2

Bow River Report – July 2, 2015

After last week’s heat wave, Mother Nature came through in a big way. A few substantial rainfalls and cooler temps have gotten the water temperatures back down to less alarming levels.

With the exception of the mid-portion of the very hottest days over the last week, the river has been fishing very good, There’s a good number of rising fish on Caddis and PMD’s through the day, particularly on the shadier banks.
Stonefly dry shenanigans on each end of the day has been pretty darn good as well.

They’re calling for coller temperature this weekend, and some moisture next week. This should mean some pretty stellar fishing.
