Saturday Seminars

We have out initial lineup of Saturday Seminars scheduled. There's still a few holes here and there, but we will get those scheduled as well.

All seminars start at 10:00 am and will end between 11:00 and noon.  There is no charge and no pre-registration required.  Simply drop by the shop and enjoy the seminar.

January 16 -       Fly Fishing Expo - No Seminar 


January 23 -       Polish/Czech Nymphing Techniques

John Nishi has extensive experience in competitive fly fishing, serving as a past captain of Canada’s team at the world championships as well as competing in professional tours. John will be showing us super efficient techniques for nymphing.

January 30 -      Streamer Fishing for Western Streams 
Mike Gifford’s presentation on how to be more successful, and efficient, while fishing streamers on western trout streams.

February 6 -      Trout Unlimited Conservation Projects

Come and meet members of T.U. Projects Committee, who will outline projects done recently and projects coming up. They have a bunch of interesting stuff coming up. Should be interesting.
February 13 -     Family Day Weekend- No Seminar


February 20 -     Steelhead Intruders
Brent Piche’s Intruder style flies for Steelhead and Salmon are the nicest we have ever seen. Come and see how to tie them.

March 19 -        “Must Have” Bonefish Patterns
Mike Gifford will demonstrate how to tie the four “go-to” patterns for Bonefish. Proven fish catchers from the Bahamas to Cuba.  


March 26 -        Easter Weekend- No Seminar
April 30 -          Customer Appreciation Day
