FIRE IN PUNTA ALLEN! Donations and Support Welcome

Last week there was a horrible fire in Punta Allen. A handful of buildings including the local bakery and the home of TPC guide, Julio, were completely lost in the fire. TPC guides, Julio and Tony, both have daughters who lost everything in the fire (including all their clothes and toys). The local baker, Santiago, has lost his entire business including ovens, driers, even cash in the register.

If you are one of our incoming guests this season and would like to lend a hand with getting a few lives back on track in Punta Allen, we encourage you to make a pit stop at Target, Goodwill, or similar and pickup some clothes for the little kids (dresses, tops, pants, bathing suits, underwear, shoes). Julio’s daughter, Jennifer (12 years old) is a childrens size 12-14 with medium/large. Tony’s daughter is 8 years old and is very tall and skinny for her age. Maybe a size #10 in kids sizes. Otherwise, know that cash donations will certainly be put to good use (and administered by Kaye Cameron).

Of course there is no pressure! Nonetheless, so many of the Club’s repeat guests are always asking what our guides and families may need from the U.S.A. or Canada before heading to Cancun. Here is your chance to help!
