Bow
River Report – October 28, 2015
Really good
weather forecast through Sunday to get out fishing. Then it turns a little
icky.
Nymph fishing
continues to be really good. San Juan Worm patterns keep producing lots of
fish. Best to fish them in the deep runs.
Streamer fishing
remains pretty darn good as well. Light colors still working the best.
October Caddis
patterns on top, with a Boatman, Prince, or Caddis Larva type pattern
underneath. Focus on the inside of seams and especially gravel bar structures.

High Country River Report – October 28, 2015
The high country streams close after
Saturday, so these next few days of nice weather are your last chance until
June 16.
For the most part, fishing in the high
country has been quite good. Like every year at this time, if the weather is
even slightly poor or unstable, the fishing will be tough. But when the weather
is nice, the fishing is good.
Hatches:
Ants, BWO’s
Dries: Two-Tone
Para Ant, Fire Beetle, Parachute Adams, Film Critic-BWO,
Spun Hair Dun-BWO
