I went to look at the river at Policeman's yesterday afternoon. The river is certainly high but has about 6" of visibility. I would certainly fish it.
Having said that......
THE CURRENT CITY OF CALGARY BYLAW RESTRICTING ACCESS OR USE OF THE BOW RIVER IS BULL!
Should you agree, call the City Of Calgary Public Information Officer (Brian) at 403-287-4257 or e-mail your Alderman. Otherwise we'll never get on the river!
We didn't have any ban on access in 2005 and it was a lot higher then.
